Project Objectives
Mantis Studio was consulted to film and edit the 20th anniversary of Dia Litocar, a major customer-focused event organized by Grupo Litocar across its locations in Portugal.
Dia Litocar is an annual initiative dedicated to clients, offering special commercial conditions, vehicle check-ups, exterior washing, workshop discounts, tire campaigns, and on-site activations that reinforce the relationship between Litocar and its community.
The objective of the video was to capture the scale, energy, and importance of this milestone edition. More than simply documenting the event, the goal was to create a corporate video that felt memorable, human, and connected to the people behind the brand.
Content Planning
The video was planned around two main needs: showing the nationwide dimension of the event and explaining what Dia Litocar represents.
To give the final video more context and credibility, the project included the capture of an interview with an engineer, who explained the purpose of Dia Litocar and the role it plays in the customer experience.
This helped turn the video into something stronger than a simple event recap. It became a piece that combined atmosphere, brand storytelling, operational scale, and corporate memory.
Production
The production took place over two days, covering Litocar locations across Portugal.
Our team visited multiple Litocar sales points around the country to capture the event as it happened: customer interactions, team moments, vehicle services, activations, and the overall energy of the 20th anniversary celebration.
Because the event happened across several locations, the production required careful coordination, mobility, and fast decision-making. The goal was to capture enough variety to show the national scale of the event while keeping the final video cohesive and emotionally connected.
Post-Production
In post-production, the footage was shaped into a corporate event video with a clear structure, strong rhythm, and a memorable tone.
The edit combined event highlights, location coverage, team and customer moments, and the engineer interview to create a complete picture of Dia Litocar. The goal was to keep the video professional without making it feel cold or generic.
The final edit balanced information and emotion, showing Dia Litocar as both a commercial initiative and a meaningful moment of connection between the brand, its teams, and its customers.
Results
The final video captured the 20th anniversary of Dia Litocar as a national brand moment, highlighting the scale of the event and the importance of the initiative within the Litocar customer experience.
By combining event coverage with a more corporate interview structure, the video became a strong asset for brand communication, internal memory, and future promotion of Dia Litocar.
